gtk+


hi. i m trying to make a coding on filedialog(http:///gtk.org).

In addition to the example given, may i know where can i get the reference coding in which when the user click at Edit/Copy, or Edit/cut, or Edit/Undo, what are the codings for the signals to be activated in order for them to function?

As for File/New, i would wish to pop up a dialog box for the user to type an input. can somebody pls guide me in this cz i had tried to do tat but failed.

the api at gtk.org will list all available signals on all modules. note that you shouldn't be using gtk+ now, use gtk2 instead, it's newer and the API is substantially nicer.

hi tq for helping. btw i did not use the newer version due to the error i faced while installing and compiling. Initially i had installed the gtk2 but it says that it cannot find the glib-config library. that's why i ended using gtk+
