GTK+ 2.0 and Mobile user interface

Hi everybody! I'm working a project for remoting the AV devices using bluetooth mobile. I wish to ask that can GTK+ be used to design the user interface for mobile phone and PDA? If so, how can I send to the mobile phoen and PDA? Btw, how can I include the file designed using GTK+ in my C source code? Thank you very much.
