getting "X Error: BadWindow (invalid Window parameter)"

Hi ..
i m writing an application in Qt 4.1.5 on Linux Suse 10.2. The
application is also using XLib/X11 library.
When this application starts with the following error message:

X Error: BadWindow (invalid Window parameter) 3
Major opcode: 18 (X_ChangeProperty)
Resource id: 0x0
X Error: BadWindow (invalid Window parameter) 3

Resource id: 0x0

though the application is running without any crash, i just want to
know the cause of this error.
Any help.

Since you’ve not provided us with any code samples, I can answer with “use a debugger to see when this happens in your code”.
