Question getting total cpu utilization using c

Hi,
Looking for a c routine that gets the total cpu utilization. I suspect you would include kernal_stat.h, however I just need some sample source code to understand how this is done.

Hi, a friend of mine made a library to get nearly all of the informations about the state of your computer.

Although the documentation is in portuguese it simple to use
You can get it and see some examples on the address
