Getting clean CSV data in file


I am trying to get some "clean data" in a csv file. Columns 2 and 3 can be as much as 3 digit numbers, not sure that maters.

Read the LQ Rules and Question Guidelines. Open your own thread for your own question, and provide details when asking, along with showing what your efforts have been. We can't guess as to what your data contains now, what you want to see, etc.
