Free C++ IDE


What Open Source multiplatform (Linux and Windows) IDE for the GCC can you advice me?

Probably the best known would be eclipse with the C++ plugin

Eclipse is a very good one. Bloodshed Dev-C++ is very good too, although it uses mingw not gcc.
