frame question


so my site has 2 frames. a left frame for navigation and the right frame containing the content.
now when a user uses searches for "leukemia" the search engine shows simply the the page that is supposed to be in the right frame.

for example for a search on "leukemia" the user would get the page
but i want to have the left frame included (the left frame at the homepage:

is there any code to check if the leukemia.html page is in a frame, and if not then to add the left frame? or is there some other way of getting the left frame to always show up?
