Hey I figured this out, I dont know what the deal was with the other folder.. but.. its working now..

Anyway what I did was this, after everything wasnt working I moved all the files to somewhere else and deleted that folder, then I made a new folder via FTP then CHMOD'ed it to 777 then added everything back to the way it was, now everything is working.

I have no idea why that was doing what it did but now its working.

Stranger thank you for your help, Appreciate it.

I have another issue about php uploading but I guess I will have to make a new post since this one is finished..

Hmm... That doesn't make much sense. But at least it works now.
