Hi,

I have installed cross compiler using crosstool-NG. i have configured it for cortex-A8 Neon.

When i selected OS to linux and tried to install the cross compiler tools, it gave me following error

Why is it not able to get the toolchain components. do i need to configure anything here. please let me know.

What don't you understand? Install subversion and try again.

Thanks a lot. it worked. Now iam able to install some of the tools using crosstool-NG. after installing GCC test suite, i got error. following is the log.

what i have to do to completely install tools.

Hi,

iam able to install cross compilter using crosstool-NG. For reference iam posting the fix.

in scripts/build/internals.sh file

change the line

gcc_version=$( cat "${CT_SRC_DIR}/gcc-${CT_GCC_VERSION}/gcc/BASE-VER" )

to
gcc_version=$( cat "${CT_SRC_DIR}/gcc-${CT_CC_VERSION}/gcc/BASE-VER" )
