error:implicit declaration of function ‘get_filesystem_list’


when i compile my program implicit declaration of function ‘get_filesystem_list’error comes and similary if i use function localtime() same type of error comes what to do ...

#include <time.h> for localtime

use a function prototype for the other or define it after main
