if that is a windows only software then you will need to look at something like wine and see if it will run under emulation

Pcemu can be compiled with the gcc-2.96 from Fedora 2 :
compat-gcc-7.3-2.96.126.i386.rpm

Which Fedora version are you using ?

The command : 'uname -a' will show if you have a 32bits or a 64bits OS.

If 32bits : 1) su 2) yum localinstall --nogpgcheck pcemu-1.2fc14-1.i386.rpm
https://docs.google.com/uc?id=0B7S25...CMX4xssJ&hl=en

'pcemu-1.2fc14-1' will provide /usr/local/bin/autodetect , /usr/local/bin/pcemu

2.6.35.6-45.fc14.i686 ... i686 i686 i386 ..
This is 32bits. (( 64bits will show x86_64.))

Then you can install the package "pcemu-1.2fc14-1.i386.rpm".

But : I don't know the application, or if it will work OK at all.

#yum localinstall --nogpgcheck pcemu-1.2fc14-1.i386.rpm
Loaded plugins: langpacks, presto, refresh-packagekit
Adding en_US to language list
Setting up Local Package Process
Cannot open: pcemu-1.2fc14-1.i386.rpm. Skipping.
Nothing to do

this is what it says
