Edit a User

Edit A user
I have been able to to complete the add and delete a user portion of my menu however I seem to have also included in my menu "Edit a User" I am not sure how to do this being new to all of this.
Sorry I guess I should have included what I have done so far and also mention I am using REDHAT 8
This is what I have come up with so far as a script to add and remove a user

To Add a user

# useradd <users name>

# passwd <users name>

Then to remove a user:

# userdel <users name>

# rm -Rf /home/<user name>

Now let's say I want to edit a users information how would I do that?

Checkout man for pages on

1.usermod [This has got several options.....]
2.chfn

These commands can be used to modify the user info.

P.S :- If you can point out to wat you want to change....I can help you better
