eclipse visual editor

Anyone has this elcipse plugin installed? I unziped all the files to the right folder, but for some reason I don't see the plugin being loaded in eclipse (I can't follow the tutorial, cause the feature is missing). Anyone know what step I am missing?

BTW, is VE a good Java GUI builder in your opinion?

Okay, the plugin loaded now. I was missing a couple of dependencies, the VE plugin also needs plugin EMF and GEF.
