eclipse - motif or gtk


hi,

i am new to eclipse and i do not know which of those do i have to download... there are many links and i get confused...

i am using a mandrake 9.1 linux.

I downloaded and installed the gkt bin file, but i'm having problems running it; when i try to run eclipse i get an error saying it doesn't find the jar file (which is there).
I tried using the -vm option (with the path to the jvm) but still no luck.
