hi
i need to compare two 4-bit numbers A and B, then with the less one put it in an ALU and add it 3 (0011)
but how can i choose the less one like an input to the ALU
i hope somebody understand my question

Since this does sound like a computer engineering problem I encountered in one of my college courses, I won't give you a full answer. I will point you in the right direction though with a one-word clue:
