Decoding an encoded string


Alright, I have to decode this so that I can figure out how to encode my own of the same type.

How about some hints? Maybe it's MIME or uuencode?

Where'd you get the encoded message? Are you just looking for a generic encoding algorithm and found this one?

Never mind. I was trying to tie into someones site seemlessly with my site, and they had that encoded string. But I no longer need to.
