Debugging Asterisk

Hi,

I am trying to debug using DDD the Asterisk IP PBX. When I run it in the debugger, it forks another process and my process exits.

Now I attached DDD to that new process but the that Process stops responding. It is supposed to process SIP msgs, but it stops processing them.

As soon as i detach DDD from that process, it starts accepting SIP msgs.

What could be the problem,

Help appreciated...

what for do you want to debug it? stable version works good...

ASterisk Does not support MWI (Vociemail) for PEERS (only USERS)...
I want to browse the code in order to be to Support MWI for peers (like other softswitches)
