ProgrammingThis forum is for all programming questions.
The question does not have to be directly related to Linux and any language is fair game.

First, Reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembly---whatever you want to call it---will never be a simple process. When you look at a piece of machine code, there are numerous things that it could represent--tables, executable statements, image data, etc.. You always have to develop postulates about some section and then try to fit that with other sections. Yes it is possible. Is it worth the effort? For the most part, probably not.
Second, do men or women write better code? Probably not answerable, but we can certainly take a look at all the other things women do better......
And finally, will we tolerate gender-bashing, personal insults, and other juvenile behavior at LQ? No.
PS: It's not illegal to disassemble proprietary code---the only issue would be what you did next.

it was not meant as an insult to women and i did not even know i typed it
now no more mentioning it
Basically impossible. If it were possible, people would decompile Windows and Microsoft would be out of business.
Hey, try it. You'll find out. It's not possible if the originators don't want you to decompile it.
Java, maybe. C/C++, forget it.
Even I was thinking of the same thing.
There are ways to obfuscate the code in both the languages. So even if you decompile the code, you're most likely going to be stuck with difficult to understand code.
