Cygwin anyone??

gud day to all. i have finish installing current version of cygwin on WinXP.
when i run cygwin this warning shows up inside cygwin console:
bash: kpsexpand: command not found
Your group is currently "mkpasswd". This indicates that
the /etc/passwd <and possibly /etc/group) files should be rebuilt.
See the man pages for mkpasswd and mkgroup then, for example, run
mkpasswd -l [-d] > /etc/passwd
mkgroup -l [-d] > /etc/group
Note that the -d switch is necessary for domain users.

My questions are:
How can i resolved the missing kpsexpand? what source im a have to install?
How should i rebuilt the passwd and group file?

Last thing when i try to type this in cygwin:
mkpasswd -l -u postgres > /etc/passwd

this warning i got:
mkpasswd: [2221] The user name could not be found.

postgres user was existing from my XP user account.

hope you could help me guys... thanks in advance!

Please do not post the same thread in more than one forum. Picking the most relevant forum and posting it once there makes it easier for other members to help you and keeps the discussion all in one place.
