Creating page tabs w/ php

Is it possible to create page tabs w/ php in web pages? Looked around online but only found a few javascripts that I couldn't get working. I'm open to other methods. If you can provide some sample code or link to a tutorial that would be great. Thanks in advance.

What do you mean by page tabs? If you mean tabs that swith without reloading the page then - no. PHP is a server side language so the page would need reloaded.
