As for that you really shouldn't. Not only are there more than enough distro's around already, creating, supporting and maintaining one isn't as easy as it looks.

Ah. That's not "creating a distribution" that's using other peoples work to create a
spin-off. Signs of weak (actually: still-born) "distributions" include: a distribution owner with zero or near-zero conceptual and theoretical knowledge of GNU/Linux in general, zero or near-zero practical experience, zero or way vague plans plus the strong belief that "just renaming stuff" or adding "a new Graphical Theme" will Cause Zits to Disappear, not to mention the Paradigm Shift That Will Be Named After You plus all the chicks around suddenly calling you "Hef" :-]
