Could advise if I do not want to install any module , just change the above perl program to connect LDAP server , is it possible ? thanks

Hi All ,

I am now to perl program, I just would like to confirm again , is it possible to change the script to connect LDAP server rather that install any package , is it very difficult to do change of the script ? very thanks

Maybe I am not clearly state , what I would like to do is change the script to check the LDAP server ( attribute : alias field ) to see if the user ID is exist or not , is it possible ? thanks

I guess you could just re-implement the Net::LDAPS Perl module, but why would you? The work is done, you should just use it.
