Can anyone explain what program language uses this syntax? pr&int

('Pr&int Preview', 'Print_Preview')

I imaging that the leftmost syntax is a function/module name and the right the action.
We are not programmers, we are doing some localisation translation and just need to check that we should only need to translate the right syntax aas the the left, we assume is part on an instruction.

I think it's part of a menu, and the ampersand (&) denotes which letter is underlined and is the shortcut. ALT+F calls the File menu, then you can hit S for Save.

I agree with Ranger. It's a fairly common syntax when specifying menu items. However there is not a definite relationship between this syntax and a specific programming language - it is some sort of GUI specification, which may, or may not end up in your program code, depending on how your GUI library/tools work.
