C Xlib scrollable text box

I need a quick help,

I am programming with C programming language. I choose x library to freely control created windows (Tuning the size and position of window, displaying or not displaying title bar, borders etc.)

How can I add a scrollable text box on an x window? I want to fill this text box with a text file content.

Thank you.
