C/C++ programmer's guide


So I've the next problem:
I'm study C/C++ programming under linux, but many operators that I used in TC under Windows aren't work or have not appropriate format. Emacs's help did not satisfied me.
Can you advice me some links for helps/manuals on C/C++ operators under linux ? Also I'm interested in such a table: TC operator - linux's C analog
