Best Tutorials for Python and HTML

Hey everyone. So I'm new to the programming world, and I figure I'll start with python. I was wondering if anyone knows a website with good tutorials, or even a good book to help get started. Also, I'm old to HTML, and I haven't been in it for awhile, so I'm looking for another website with tutorials for the latest version of html (probably xhtml). I learned on HTML 3 so I'm looking to upgrade my knowledge database. Thanks for the help guys.

We used this site: http://msconline.maconstate.edu/tuto...ML/default.htm for my web design class I took a couple semesters ago.

I haven't used this for python myself, but it's a link on the python website. http://www.ibiblio.org/swaroopch/byteofpython/read/

For Python, there's always the tutorial from the offical Python docs. And, as always, Google is your friend. For HTML and CSS, I always liked W3Schools.

Another good one is Non-Programmer's Tutorial for Python.

Thanks. I know about googling it, but I asked because not all tutorials are very good. I was hoping someone would have experience with which ones are good and which ones aren't.

Python Tutorial + Python Library Reference
That should be more then enough to get you started. I still use the reference on a regular basis.
