automatic code pasting

hello @ all user,

first of all i have an ftp-server with linux suse 7.3 as operating system. Now that some users upload files on my server i want to have a code pasted in every uploaded file AUTOMATICALLY!
I was recommended the prog fam (
which monitors any changes made on files but i can't get that prog working properly.
So does anybody know how i could do that?
I don't want to insert that code in every file uploaded MANUALLY cuz that'S way too much to do and would be just impossible!
So please i need help! I asked everyone but no did know what to do! I would be very grateful for your answer!
thank you!

Ps: If i was too inaccurate or something say it or just ask me whatever you want!

I wrote out a whole response, and then reread your post, and you had answered the question I asked there...

how about a cron job? run every x minutes and check if all files have the code,if they don't then add it.
