Any Python programmers around?

Disgusted with various aspects of phpBB and the proprietary solutions, I started a Python message board project on SourceForge.

If anybody knows Python and is interested... I'm handing out SVN access like candy to any willing programmer.

Thats awesome. Its about time we had a python equivalent of all those php/perl message boards. So you intend on going the standard cgi route with this, python_mod fusion, or maybe even a zope extension?

I've only been programming in python for a little while and I already feel like its the greatest language ever. Far more readable than perl. I think everything should be programmed in it. It should replace c like c replaced asm.

mod_python ... as I feel it offers the best performance scaling benefits... and I operate a **massive** set of forums, so speed is very important to me.

cool. Mod-python. Ofcourse thats limits your software to apache, but why use anything else anyway.
