Anjuta libstdc++.so.6

I am getting a runtime error with Anjuta.

[root@localhost]# anjuta
** Message: Initializing AP class
** Message: Initializing AP Instance
anjuta: relocation error: anjuta: symbol _ZN9__gnu_cxx18__exchange_and_addEPVii, version GLIBCXX_3.4 not defined in file libstdc++.so.6 with link time reference

libstdc++.so.6 is install but I'm not sure how to fix this problem. I don't have gnome installed i am using KDE.
Thanks
