An IDE that changes automaticaly the name of the variables and functions when i ch?

Hi,

when i decided to change the name of a variable or a function i have to go to the places where it is used and change the name also.

Is there any IDE that makes this automaticaly? How do you call this feature?

Im using Eclipse.

Eclipse does this. Right click on the variable and choose Refactor then Rename...

The class has to be saved and compile with no errors for this to work.
