I need an app that I will type in what system call I want to execute in a Linux command line and it gives me a script to execute that.

This is probably better for our job board, as you're commissioning custom-built software tailored to your personal requirements. This is especially true if you want the completed product to be delivered directly to you.

Can you give us an example of a "system call" that you would like to type in, and the "script" that it would be outputted as a result?

Do be aware that most "system calls" cannot be invoked simply with "scripts", so this project might not be technically feasible. If that is the case, then any contractor you hire should be able to discuss other ways to meet your needs.

I am referring to any call that could be scripted ordinarily atleast it will give SysAdmins that are not good with scripting skills some peace of mind.
