adjusting the size of a web page

I have a vb.net program that brings a web page up on a form. The webpage that is called initializes another form to load to the screen. This form that is loaded ends up being the entire size of the screen with no minimized button. Is there anyway to make this form load at a smaller size maybe even just load onto the form so that it can be minimized and maximized on command?

Read ESR's `Smart Questions' (GIYF)--especially the part about picking the right forum.

This (LQ) is primarily a (GNU/)Linux forum; as such, one shouldn't expect that many people know about proprietary M$-only technologies.

(okay, so there's .gnu/mono, but still... I think there's better places to ask about vb.net than LQ).

Note that you did pick the right subforum (i.e. Programming), thumbs up for that :)

best wishes --Jonas
