scoadmin Account Manager unable to get initial list of users


OS: SCO XENIX System V 5.0.6
Utility: Account Manager under the scoadmin command
Error: Unable to get initial list of users
error details:
Code:
Unable to get initial list of users. 
Empty server response to BMIP Request. 
The osa sco_userOsa has terminated. 
The child program /opt/K/SCO/Unix/5.0.6Ga/sa/account/user0sa has terminated. 
Server process terminated after receiving signal 6.
After pressing Ok it gives another error "Error while executing: 'Account Manager', (exit code: 1)

Any help would be appreciated.
