Mac 10.6.3 Snow Leopard and ISO Imaging on a PC and VMWARE/VIRTUALBOX

I have created a image of the MAC 10.6.3 Snow Leopard Install DVDROM as a .DMG file. I used HSIUTIL to convert the .DMG image to a .ISO image so that I can burn it onto a DVD and install it via VMWARE Player or VirtualBox. I have attempted to install in via just the ISO and VIRTUALBOX does not like it and VMWARE Player seems to be a pain in the bumper. Is there an easier way?
