lpd printing is taking all CPU - SCO OpenServer

SCO OpenServer(TM) Release 5

I am having a printing issue with my SCO server. I am not able to print at all until I run the command

/usr/lib/lpd

Once I run I am able to print, but printing for some reason takes all my CPU to 0. Once I kill the lpd process after I am done printing, my CPU jumps back to 100 and is normal…

If you need more information or have any questions let me know and thank you ahead of time for any kind of help.

PS: I know the server is old
