How to turn Mac OSX into a NFS server?

Hi! I tried using some faqs but without success.

Is it possible to edit some files like in Linux's /etc/exports, or i have to use the graphical tools?

And i also had some rpc errors, but portmap was running.

I work on a Mac Intel 10.4.

I believe there is a program called "nfsmanager" for Mac OS X that will allow you to set up a NFS server. I haven't had much success in using /etc/exports on OSX.
