Darwine 0.9.27 PPC (Mac OSX 10.4.11) only work on that user and root

I would like to seek help from any professionals who can explain to me why does Darwine work only on root and the particular user who installs it.

Example: Tom, Dick and Harry on the system. (3 users in this Mac, the username is edited so as to protect security, I know it may be too exaggerated.)

If let say Tom installs darwine, only he (and root) can use it, the other user would not be able to run wine. (The demo program from notepad to regedit works 100% fine to Tom, but there no way I can execute from dick or Harry)

One interesting point is that on /Applications/Darwine/WineApps will only be shown to the user who installs it. The permission I did set was Tom as owner, Read-Write Permission and user group: everybody (also tried with admin), read-write permission, other users: read-write permission.

However, when I go to other user's account, there will be no /Applications/Darwine/WineApp
but /Applications/Darwine/Winehelper.app (It will not show the .app extension and it will say this "folder-application, which is WineHelper folder (Why there is a app extension when the icon shows a folder, with no access?):" could not be opened which may be damaged (Which is not)

The most ridcule is that the permission set there is: You can: No access (This "you" refers to either Dick or Harry, it does not matter so long as it is installed by Tom) Detailed Message: Owner: Tom, Permission: Read-Write. User Group: admin. Permissions: No access Other Users: No access.

Why is this so??

How do I install. I install by:
Drag the folder mounted by Darwine_ppc-0.9.27.dmg to Application folder.
Unzip Freetype 2.3.7 to applications (X11 and Xcode were installed before I started all these.)
Code:
cd /Applications/freetype-2.3.7
./configure && make && sudo make install
(Yes- there is some weird warning which I do not understand what is it talking about.)
##Unzip Winetempz to Desktop (NOT Terminal code)
Code:
cp -R ~/Desktop/winetempz ~/.wine
ln -s ~/.wine/drive_c ~/.wine/dosdevices/c:
ln -s / ~/.wine/dosdevices/z:
ln -s ~ ~/.wine/dosdevices/y:
ln -s ~/.wine/drive_c/"Program Files" ~/Desktop
Also, even if I run Wine in Tom, it will also warned about unable to find freetype (Why again).

sorry for posting multiple questions in 1 thread but I do not know if they are related.
