about hpux - documentation & installation program

First of all, does anybody know if there is an installation program for hpux? A way to do again the configuration after the cold-install (something like "sysinstall" for Freebsd).
Second, i'd like a hp-ux general purpose administration guide; something like FreeBSD handbook for example. There is indeed enough official documentation, but it is on specific subjects. The hpux "using hpux" user guide is also too swallow; i don't need a general unix user guide. Any links?

I'm not an HPUX expert, but you should be able to do a lot of configuration tasks via sam. Beyond, that, I'm not aware of any way to rerun installation routines.
