Thanks for joining guys :)

This distro is slackware based - it just has some additional security features. I felt at home once I installed this distro. It was smooth.
Wonder why it took you guys so long to join in here.

This not what says the home page:
Code:

The distribution used tgz (Slackware Linux) Packages, the current  version of NetSecL Linux uses rpm package management and is based on  OpenSuse.

Hello,

Yes the distro was Slackware based, but since version 3 we decided to change that for various reasons -> with SuSe Studio it is much easier to maintain the distribution comparing to what it was before and this was one of the reasons to move to OpenSuse, but also GrSecurity works just fine with the way of the software that is compiled in OpenSuse and this allows us to extend the distribution in features.
