Where to get torrent for SimplyMepis CD2?

i have a summer 2005 version of SimplyMepis installed on 10 machines in a place with very bad internet connection.

wanted to apt-get'em all, but don't wanna wait for 3 hrs for "dist-upgrade" on every machine.

the problem is, i can't find current SimplyMepis 3.4.something "CD2" - the second disk, where all the updates are, and from which, as I heard, you can also apt-get the machine.

could someone helps? or correct me, if i'm wrong about "CD2"

The only other CD's I'm aware of are by subscription from the Mepis web site.

there is no CD 2. what your thinking of is RC2 rc meaning release candidate aka test release aka beta

Try apt-cacher, do a search in synaptic, read the readme that comes with it. Only needs to be installed on 1 machine. Then change source files on all machines to point to the machine with Apt-cache installed to something like "http://SOME-MACHINE-NAME/apt-cacher?/ftp.debian.org/debian/".
Too easy, as well you can install apt-cacher on a box with fast internet access and move apt-cacher cache via CD/DVD to slow access LAN apt-cacher cache to preload the cache, even faster.

Hope this helps or gives you some ideas.
APT wins again :-)

mos: no, what i was think about was CD2. RC2 was what i downloaded, and then find, that there is no such thing as "update" from previous version of Mepis, in last RC2 release but thanks for answering anyway.
