Ahh, okay. Sorry for my ignorance on the matter; I'm completely new to Linux.
Actually, I've tried 2.4, Safe 2.4, and 2.6. They all have the same results; after a few minutes, it just dies.
I wonder if it's actually a problem with my CD drive...
