Question SimplyMepis 3.3.1 install

When I boot up using the SimplyMepis 3.3.1 CD - qtparted does not see my LVM. Is there anyway for me to do an install on an LVM partition?

I am not aware of an easy way to do that.
There's probably a way to do so after install but I have no idea how.

I know ubuntu supports lvm though, so you might look at that option.
