Runescape

I have recently tried to play Runescape, but it says I need to install Java. I downloaded it, and ran it, and then went back to play, and it continued to say I needed the plugin, so I copied the .so files into the Firefox Plugin's directory, and yet it still says I need it. Konqueror goes to the site, and says it starts, but as soon as the applet loads, it just sits there.

Also, I still need someone to explain to me how to up the frame rates, in more detail. Because it can't even play the screensaver at normal speed, it's about 5 frames per second.. If anyone could be of assistance, it'd be great.

What graphics card are you using?

Are you sure your Java is installed properly?

To make sure, type this at the Console / Terminal.
