Problem With My 7.0 Repository
Ive had been using Mepis 7.0 for while & had no problem with the 7.0 repository it came with in Sources List, But now for the last couple of weeks or there abouts it stopped working while other repos are working fine.
So anyWay can someone tell me if my Mepis Repository for 7.0 is right & if not can someone post me the right one, here is the one I am using
"deb ftp://ftp.mepis.com/mepis/ mepis-7.0 main"
Just wondering if its been changed lately with new BETA Version of Mepis.?

That's the same repo that I have, and it works fine for me. Sorry I couldn't help, I just wanted to assure you that the repo you have is correct.

It seems to have been a FireWall Problem, still waiting to confirm it again later.
Anyway

browser,
To correct you, there is no version 7, there are a number of betas, and RC1... Also today there is a RC2 release so Warren is getting close to a final, but version 7 has not gone Gold...
Have you been updating without a repository working, maybe you need to download and reinstall simplyMepis using the lates RC2...
I do not have the torrents to offer, it is such a new release...
That update alone might resolve your repository problem... But if you are experencing the same problem in different distros this may not fix your problems...
Then again it may assist as you may not have gotten all the required updates...
