Mepis 11?

I see from looking at the MEPIS mirrors that there seems to be a version 10.9.88 (labeled "DVD-TEST"--a beta?), called MEPIS 11 on at least one mirror. Did MEPIS skip a number again? The last time I checked, there was MEPIS 9 but not MEPIS 10. I'm not looking for the most bleeding-edge release, so I suppose I should ignore it.

Mepis is numbered by the year it is released in. So no Mepis 10. AntiX is numbered the name way as Mepis.

There was no Mepis 9 - either

the change to a name-by-year, is only a recent thing.

M8 was kde 3x
M8.5 was kde 4.3.x
