How to use Mepis Extras CD with synaptic/apt-get

I have subscribed to MEPIS and have downloaded and generated the three Mepis Extras CDs for the SimplyMepis 3.4-3 released version. I have installed version 3.4-3 rc4 and it's working fine. ( Warren said it was to be the 3.4-3 release)I wish to try the 3 Extras CDs which are a repository of about 1500 programs. Does anyone know where to find the instructions for linking such CDs into the apt-get (or synaptic) utility? I assume that an entry in the sources.list is required but have no clue as to the Sources entry to use for such a situation. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
