How to set delay between failed login attempts?

Hey, does anyone know if there is a way to set the delay between failed login attempts? I'm using 6.0.
I remember having this capability on a long-gone install of suse 9.1, but I haven't found it in MEPIS.
Thanks!

login delay

Many thanks! The only way I had ever done this before was w/ Suse's gui or installer-can't recall which now.
