this oughtta be easy for most folks: where in mepis do i change the network interface settings (graphically if possible). i cannot find a thing on this going through the menus... its pretty straightforward to change ip info on suse and fc, but its hidden somehwre here. specifically i changed around my wireless network so need to setup appropriate parameters for my wlan0 interface: wpa and psk, and new ssid.

isn;t there some graphic utils out there independent of the distro? appreciate any recommended utlities that work well at making it easy (relatively)
