booting mepis problem...
...i read the "installing mepis" guide on 2 different sites, one was on mepis.org and the other was on mrbass.org, and they both say tht u boot the mepis cd and u click on the "install" icon on the desktop...but when i boot my mepis cd, it doesnt goto the desktop...it just goes to the console/comand prompt thing, it says to login and i login as root, but now what?... it does the exact same thing with my Gentoo linux live cd...
if your supossed to do something special to get to the desktop, then why isnt it in the install guides?? what am i supossed to do to get to the desktop?
