AntiX installation from desktop to laptop

Hello All

My old laptop hp omnibook has cd drive but not working and has no usb booting in bios ...So now i need to install AntiX 8 on it...
I have a Desktop with Ubuntu 9.04 on it ...
Is there any possibilities for installing from the desktop to laptop???

any suggestions ??????

There are possibilities; some of which may require McGyvering

OK, some pc's/lappy's can be booted via usb IF you have a floppy or cd drive.
Does it have a floppy?

Yes it does have floppy drive but i doubt .....Currently it has windows on 5gb partition ,so planning on dual boot with AntIX 8....
